The Firm also reviews important aspects of all real estate transactions, such as title, leases, and entitlements, environmental and other contractual and legal obligations.

The Firm has extensive experience in another of the more complex areas of real estate law; namely, land use entitlements.  The Firm represents property owners and developers before planning commissions, city councils, county boards, and other local, regional, state and federal administrative and legislative bodies. The Firm assists clients in obtaining the various permits and entitlements necessary for their projects, including general and specific plan amendments, zone changes, variances, lot line adjustments, tract maps, parcel maps and environmental impact reports and other project approvals and clearances.

The Firm also represents its clients in various other real estate matters such as working with title companies to efficiently and creatively resolve many title problems which arise in the acquisition, sale or financing of real estate. The Firm handles title disputes and claims under or relating to title insurance policies and surveys, as well as disputes involving encroachments, easements, trespass, public and private nuisance and other disputes involving neighbors and neighboring or adjacent properties.
